First steps after data loss
What you do in the first hours matters. Well-meant actions, such as repeatedly restarting a failing system, rebuilding a degraded RAID array or running repair tools, can make recovery harder.

Guidance is usually delivered remotely, with on-site assistance by arrangement, wherever you are in the UAE, GCC or Africa.
Coordinating with specialist recovery labs
When data can only be recovered by a specialist lab, for example from physically damaged drives, we help you prepare: documenting the systems involved, explaining the process and helping coordinate with the recovery provider. Recovery outcomes depend on the condition of the media, and no provider can guarantee results, so we help you set realistic expectations.
